Download KingsPay from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app, enter your email address, create a strong password, and follow the verification steps. Your account will be ready in under 2 minutes.

After signing up, a 6-digit OTP is sent to your email. Enter the OTP in the app to verify your email. You can request a resend if the code expires (59-second cooldown).

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a verification process required by financial regulations. It involves submitting your personal information, a government ID, and a selfie. Completing KYC unlocks higher transaction limits and premium features.

Go to the "Me" tab, tap "KYC Verification", and follow the 3-step process: 1) Provide personal information, 2) Upload a valid government ID, 3) Take a selfie for identity confirmation.

On the Home tab, tap Airtime under Quick Services. Select your network (MTN, Glo, Airtel, or 9mobile), enter your phone number, choose an amount, and confirm the transaction with your PIN or biometrics.

Tap Data under Quick Services. Select your network, choose a data plan (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly), enter your phone number, and confirm.

Failed transactions are automatically reversed and your wallet is credited within 24 hours. If it takes longer, contact our support team via WhatsApp or email.

Tap Electricity under Quick Services. Select your provider (e.g., Ikeja Electric, Eko Electric, etc.), enter your meter number, and choose a prepaid or postpaid option. Enter the amount and confirm.

Tap TV under Quick Services. Select your provider (DSTV, GOtv, Startimes, Showmax), enter your smartcard number or customer ID, choose a plan, and confirm payment.

KingsPay supports Amazon, iTunes/Apple, PlayStation, Steam, Visa Gift Cards, American Express, and Xbox. More brands are added regularly.

Go to the Gift tab, select Sell. Choose your card brand, enter the card value in USD, upload a photo of the card (front and back) or enter an E-code, review the trade, and confirm with your PIN.

Go to the Gift tab, select Buy. Choose your card brand, enter the amount in USD, provide the recipient email and your name (optional), review the total cost, and confirm.

Gift card purchases are instant. Sales are reviewed and approved by our admin team, typically within 24 hours.

Go to the Crypto tab, select Deposit. Choose your cryptocurrency, scan the QR code or copy the wallet address, and send your crypto from an external wallet. The deposit will reflect after network confirmations.

Go to the Crypto tab, select Swap. Choose the cryptocurrency you want to swap from and to (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB, TON), enter the amount, review the rate and network fee, and confirm.

Go to the Crypto tab, select Transfer. Choose the cryptocurrency, enter the amount and the recipient wallet address, review the details, and confirm with your PIN.

Go to the Cards tab, select Dollar Card or Naira Card. Review the benefits, accept the terms, and tap "Create Now". A creation fee of NGN 2,000 applies. Your card will be issued instantly.

Tap on your virtual card, select Fund, enter the amount, and confirm the transaction from your KingsPay wallet balance.

Yes. Open your card details and tap Freeze. This temporarily blocks all transactions on the card. You can unfreeze it anytime.

Your KingsPay virtual card is a Mastercard accepted at millions of merchants worldwide — Amazon, Netflix, Spotify, Shopify, and any platform that accepts online card payments.

Go to Me > Account Settings > Security > Change Transaction PIN. You will need to verify your identity via OTP, then set a new 4-digit PIN.

Go to Me > Account Settings > Security > Biometrics. Toggle on Face ID or Fingerprint. Your device must support biometric authentication.

Most transfers are instant. In some cases, bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the recipient bank and network conditions.

Most pending transactions resolve automatically within 24 hours. If it remains pending after that, contact support via WhatsApp for assistance.
